We are currently looking for Flatbed Drivers to run in our Nevada California routes. Drivers are home every weekend. We offer above average starting wage, great equipment and a positive work environment. We run newer, high quality equipment so every driver and customer gets the attention they deserve. We have been in business for over 35 years and know how to make this the best job for you and your family.
This an Over the Road job mixed with local work. Our drivers start their weeks prepared to be gone all week long. Drivers will make 2 to 3 trips to California, returning to the home terminal several times during the week. Trucks are put thru our maintenance shop every weekend. You will be tying down your own loads with straps and/or chains. Occasionally some of our freight is weather protect and must be tarped. Drivers are paid extra for tarping/chaining up. You must be physically capable of these tasks. If you are unfamiliar with any of these we will provide you with training.
Local instate work with belly dump trains and end dumps. Experience is a plus, training available.
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Flatbed and OTR a plus!)
- Clean Drug/Alcohol Test and background
- No DUI’S in past 7 years
- No drug related offenses in past 3 years
- No suspended or revocations in past 3 years
- Clean DMV Record (No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months)
- Doubles/Triples endorsement (or obtain within 30 days of employment)
Driver’s choice, mileage or percentage of load pay, with hourly detention pay

Hourly with overtime after 40 hours
